Our program consists of 4 steps. These steps allow us to build a “Client Centered” care plan and each client, track and document progress, address problem areas and challenges and finally guide the consumer to physical, social and spiritual independence.
Entrance into the program, assessment of abilities and disabilities. Building a rapport and beginning a relationship built on trust.
Connection is established between the client and staff. At this point we understand where the client needs assistance and how we intend to assist them with their challenges.
The client makes strides in therapy. Most assistance at this point is stand by with minimum cuing.
The Client is independent in most areas of ADLs (Activities of Daily Living). The client can make sound decisions with minimum difficulty, and they are socially appropriate and understand the consequences of unacceptable social behaviors.
